Adamantia, coming from an old and established Paxos family, donated the Mansion house and its grounds to her niece Martha.
Opening for the first time
Martha with her husband decided to turn this wonderful Mansion, which dates back to the 17th century, into a tourist accommodation. In 1985, “Adamantia”, opened for the first time, giving the Mansion it’s name in honour of aunt Adamantia. Gradually, the buildings in the grounds of Adamantia’s Mansion were converted into traditionally-styled houses too.
From 1985 to today
Today, these tasteful and traditional units are run as a family business mainly by the parents and their children, with great hospitality and love for what they do, offering their services to guests in order to make their holidays an unforgettable and relaxing experience.
